JUDICIAL CONDUCT TRIBUNAL TO CONDUCT HEARINGS ON THE COMPLAINT LODGED BY #UNITEBEHIND AGAINST JUDGE T A N MAKHUBELE

The media is advised that the Judicial Conduct Tribunal (Tribunal) comprising of Judge A N Jappie, a retired Judge President of the KwaZulu-Natal Division of the High Court, designated in terms of section 22(1)(a) of the Judicial Service Commission Act, 1994 as the Tribunal President, and retired Judge S S D Moshidi of the Gauteng Division of the High Court, as well as Ms N Maduba-Silevu, a practising attorney, will reconvene with hearings of the complaint lodged by the #UniteBehind against Judge T A N Makhubele.

The hearings will take place as follows:

Dates: 11-15 March 2024

Venue: Radisson Hotel & Convention Centre Johannesburg, O.R. Tambo

Time: 10h00
