From the 4 – 8 April 2022  the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) interviewed the shortlist of selected candidates for various Judiciary positions in the High Courts of South Africa.

After interviewing 5 candidates for 2 positions on the Constitutional Court, the JSC has decided to leave 1 of the 2 vacancies on the Constitutional Court open. The JSC has selected the following 4 candidates as nominees for the position:

Judge Owen Lloyd Rogers

The JSC decided not to shortlist any candidate for this position.

The position will remain vacant.
