Judicial Conduct Tribunal to conduct hearing on the complaint lodged by Ms A Mengo against Judge-President Mbenenge of the Eastern Cape Division of the High Court
The media is advised that the Judicial Conduct Tribunal (Tribunal) comprising Judge B M Ngoepe, retired Judge-President of the Gauteng Division of the High Court, designated in terms of section 22(1)(a)(b) of the Judicial Service Commission Act, 1994 as the Tribunal President, and Judge C Pretorius, retired Judge of the Gauteng Division of the High Court and Adv. G Mashaba SC, as a non-judicial member of the Tribunal will convene with hearing of the complaint lodged by Ms A Mengo against Judge-President Mbenenge.
The hearing will take place as follows:
- Dates: 13- 24 January 2025
- Venue: Southern Sun Hotel, Rosebank
- Time: 10h00
