[MEDIA STATEMENT] Media attendance at April JSC

MEDIA ADVISORY
JUDICIAL SERVICE COMMISSION INTERVIEWS, APRIL 2024

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) will interview candidates nominated for positions in various Superior Courts from 8 to 10 April 2024.

Members of the media interested in covering the proceedings are requested to confirm their attendance by submitting their details using the template provided here – https://www.judiciary.org.za/index.php/news/media-accreditation – to Ms Pfunzo Mafenya at PMafenya@judiciary.org.za and CC Ms Lusanda Ntuli at LNtuli@judiciary.org.za, by no later than 14h00 on Thursday, 4 April 2024. Personal information will be processed in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (Act No. 4 of 2013).

Members of the media and the public are encouraged to follow the proceedings remotely via live streaming platform as follows: Judiciary RSA YouTube Channel.

The interviews will take place as follows:

Dates: 8-10 April 2024
Venue: Marriott Hotel, 42 The High Street, Melrose, Johannesburg, 2196
Time: 12h00 on 8 April 2024, and 09h00 daily thereafter

BROADCAST ARRANGEMENTS
Media broadcasters are informed that there will be a live stream of the interviews via the Judiciary YouTube Channel. Should broadcasters seek to have their cameras in the room, please contact Ms Lusanda D. Ntuli, LNtuli@judiciary.org.za , by no later than Thursday, 4 April 2024.
