On 26 July 2024, the Chief Justice will, on the behalf of the Judiciary, present the Annual Judiciary Report on Judicial Functions and Court Performance; and deliver an address on the state of the Judiciary. This will be Chief Justice R M M Zondo’s last occasion presenting the Annual Judiciary Report ahead of his retirement in August.

Following the presentation of the Annual Judiciary Report, the Chief Justice will engage in a Q&A session with the media. In this regard, members of the media interested in attending Annual Judiciary Day at the Constitutional Court are requested to submit requests for accreditation by submitting their details using the template provided here ‒ https://www.judiciary.org.za/index.php/news/media-accreditation ‒ to Ms Lusanda Ntuli at LNtuli@judiciary.org.za, by no later than 16h00 on Monday, 22 July 2024.
