The JSC interviews that took place in May 2024 for the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) judges, Deputy Chief Justice Mandisa Maya for Chief Justice, and Justice Dumisani Zondi for deputy president of the SCA, will significantly impact the judiciary’s future.
On 20 – 21 May 2024 the JSC will interview Justice Zondi for the position of Judge President of the SCA. They will also interview 10 candidates for positions on the SCA.
